Default Settings By default your email password is set to journey. This is a standard that is used to simplify the setup process, however, you should change this password before giving anyone your email address.
To change your email password first Loging Into your Account. After loging in, you will see a series of icons with text labels under each. One of them says Change Password. Click the Change Password link and follow the on-screen instructions (see image below). Make sure you remember this password, but if you forget it follow the I forgot my Password procedure below.
If you cannot remember your password, please contact media@iam4journey.com or contact the office and we will reset your password to journey. Please give us 48 to 72 hours to make this change. Please include the following information in your password reset request:
